Each landing page within the NewCo system is built around several key CTAs (Call to Action) that guide your guests to the most relevant services and actions they might need. Here’s how to create effective CTAs that enhance the guest experience.

What Are CTAs?

CTAs are the clickable buttons or links on your landing page that prompt guests to take specific actions. These should be designed with your guest's most likely needs in mind. For example, in a guest room, common CTAs might include options like "Order Room Service" or "Talk to Us."

Guidelines for Naming and Quantity

  • Keep It Short and Clear: The name of each CTA should be concise and easily understandable. Avoid jargon or overly complex phrases.
  • Limit to 3 or 4 CTAs: To keep the landing page user-friendly and not overwhelm your guests, limit the number of CTAs to three or four.
  • Include a General Option: The last CTA on the page should be a general option, like "Other Services," to catch any additional needs that aren't covered by the first few CTAs.
  • What Can CTAs Do?

CTAs in the NewCo system can perform one of three functions:
    1. Link to Other Parts of the NewCo Application: Direct guests to other services within the NewCo platform, such as online menus, ordering systems, or special offers.
    2. Start a Conversation: Initiate an SMS or WhatsApp conversation, allowing guests to communicate directly with your staff.
    3. Link to External Systems: Redirect guests to external resources like your venue's website or mobile app for more information or services.
